Please take the time to ready our story!
Tegan Lynn Lange was born November 7, 2010 weighing in at just 3lbs, 15 oz. Everything was going along just as planned until my 33 week of pregnancy. After a helicopter and ambulance ride we arrived in Sioux Falls at the hospital. Our new family spent a month in the NICU while Tegan learned to regulate her own temperature, learn to eat on her own and how to swallow and breathe at the same time.
Tegan is now 7 and is growing and developing right along with other kids her age. She is our little miracle and we feel so blessed! This is our EIGHTH year walking the March for Babies. Team Tegan Lynn raised over $10,000 last year. We are working hard to make sure all babies are born healthy and happy.
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. Our team is walking in March for Babies because we want to do something about this. I know you care, too. That's why I'm asking you to join us. It's easy: just click the join this team button. If you can't walk with us, please help by donating to our team. You can do so right on this page. Thank you for helping us give all babies a healthy start!
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies: A Mother of a Movement™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
