Our March for Babies celebration is still on, but it looks a little different! We are rapidly preparing for a new, virtualized event that will be fun and engaging for everyone. This change in format aligns with the newly released CDC guidance for large events, to help ensure the safety and health of our participants. More details on our new format to come soon!

ABOUT MARCH FOR BABIES
This 1.5 mile walk is a celebration of the lives we are changing through outstanding fundraising efforts in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. Guaranteed to be a wonderful morning, join us for plenty of food, fun, entertainment and festivities as we continue the march for stronger, healthier babies.
When you participate in March for Babies, you give hope to the nearly half million babies born too soon each year. The money you raise supports programs in your community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. And it funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies. We have been walking since 1970 and have raised an incredible $2 billion to benefit all babies.

Meet Jase Velaski
Meet Jase Velaski
Jayson and Tracie were so excited to become parents. They were looking forward to growing their family. At 25 weeks, Tracie went into premature labor and was admitted to Sacred Heart Hospital. She delivered Jase at only 26 weeks and 2 days on May 5, 2013, more than 3 months before his due date in August.
Jase spent 87 days in the newborn intensive care unit (NICU) in the hospital before going home for the first time. Today, Jase is a vibrant and healthy 21 month-old.
The family is serving as the 2015 Pensacola March for Babies Ambassadors to raise awareness about the March of Dimes. They are dedicated to making sure other parents don’t have to experience the same trauma. Join the Velaski family and many other families on walk day as we celebrate and remember our tiny miracles!
