Our March for Babies celebration is still on, but it looks a little different! We are rapidly preparing for a new, virtualized event that will be fun and engaging for everyone. This change in format aligns with the newly released CDC guidance for large events, to help ensure the safety and health of our participants. More details on our new format to come soon!

ABOUT MARCH FOR BABIES
We're getting ready to walk in March for Babies!
Join us Saturday, April 29, at Lori Wilson Park, Cocoa Beach. (Please note dogs are not allowed at Lori Wilson Park) Registration and family activities begin at 3:00 PM and the 5K beach walk begins 5:00 PM. Food, fun and music for the whole family! Joining us are Mike and Mindy of Lite Rock 99.3 and live music provided by Cover Story.
It promises to be a fun day out with family, friends and coworkers as we share our passion for improving the health of babies. Join our event and walk with us to raise money for babies right here in our community and help give A FIGHTING CHANCE FOR EVERY BABY! By raising lifesaving funds for Research, Education, Advocacy & Community Programs, you can help turn the tide on prematurity, birth defects & infant mortality!

The McQuaig Family were excited to meet their newest member of the family in May, 2016. But Norah surprised them all when she arrived 2 months earlier than expected.
She was born at 32 weeks, weighing 3 pounds 14 oz. Her first 21 days were spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Because of her respiratory challenges she received surfactant therapy which was vital in her survival.
Today Norah is a happy, healthy little girl who enjoys playing with her older brother and sister and discovering something new every day.
Norah, her parents, Chelsea and D.J., along with Norah’s sister, Kylah and brother, Micah are serving as the 2017 March for Babies Brevard County Ambassador Family to raise awareness. They thank you for fundraising for March for Babies so that the March of Dimes can help give a fighting chance for every baby.
